Stage 1: Montefeltro & The Malatesta Seignory (3 Nights)
Base: Urbino
Day 1: Urbino, the Ideal City.
Arrival and check-in. Dedicate the day to the Ducal Palace (National Gallery of the Marche) to admire masterpieces by Raphael and Piero della Francesca. Get lost among the “lose” (typical steep alleys) and enjoy the sunset from the Albornoz Fortress.
Day 2: Gradara and the Castle of Love.
Head toward the coast to visit the Rocca di Gradara, the medieval village where the tragedy of Paolo and Francesca (immortalized by Dante) took place. In the afternoon, return inland with a stop in Fossombrone or at the Marmitte dei Giganti (Giant’s Kettles) rock formations.
Day 3: Fratterosa and Terra Cotta.
Visit Fratterosa, a village famous for its “glazed terracotta” production. You can visit the Convent of Santa Vittoria and purchase traditional pignatte (terracotta pots). Return to Urbino for your final evening.
Stage 2: Caves, Castles, and the Conero (3 Nights)
Base: Senigallia
Day 4: The Heart of the Earth.
Depart from Urbino toward the Frasassi Caves (Genga), one of the most spectacular underground complexes in Europe. On the way back, detour to the Castles of Arcevia (such as Loretello or Nidastore), tiny fortified hamlets that have remained intact over time. Arrive in Senigallia.
Day 5: The Conero by Sea.
Travel to Numana. Take a boat excursion to admire the Due Sorelle (Two Sisters) beach, accessible only by sea. In the afternoon, stroll through the upper center of Numana or visit Sirolo for an aperitivo with a sea view.
Day 6: Senigallia: Beach, History, and Design

Morning: A relaxing day on the “Velvet Beach” (Spiaggia di Velluto), famous for its incredibly fine golden sand.

Afternoon: A stroll to the Rotonda a Mare, an iconic seaside landmark, followed by a guided tour of the historic center. Visit Palazzo Mastai, the birthplace of Pope Pius IX, and admire the elegant Foro Annonario and the Portici Ercolani.

Evening: Fine Dining. Enjoy a world-class meal: Senigallia is the undisputed gourmet capital of the Marche region, home to Michelin-starred chefs and innovative local cuisine.
Stage 3: “The Paths of the Hat” (3 Nights)
Base: Montappone / Massa Fermana
This stage is dedicated to manufacturing excellence and the authentic villages of the Fermo area.
Day 7: Arrival and the Art of Weaving
Afternoon: Arrival in Montappone and check-in at Palazzo Riccucci. Visit the Hat Museum: a journey from straw processing to high-fashion creations.
Evening: Walk through the historic center of Montappone. Traditional dinner at La Carovana.
Day 8: The Craft Villages
Morning: Short drive to Massa Fermana (10 min). Visit the unique “Lavorando Pedalando” Museum. Tour of the medieval village.
Premium Shopping: Stop at the district outlets: Cappellificio Cecchi, Sorbatti, Tirabasso, or Complit.
Lunch: Picnic with local products from the Montappone deli.
Afternoon: Return to Montappone to meet artisans in their workshops and observe the creation of a hat “live.”
Day 9: Culture, Flavors, and Relaxation
Morning: “Jervicella” straw weaving workshop. Followed by a visit to the Church of S. Maria and San Giorgio.
Lunch: Organized Show Cooking with a professional Chef at Palazzo Riccucci.
Afternoon: Total relaxation. Pool session with a massage (by reservation). Last-minute souvenir shopping.
Dinner: Dinner at the Hotel.
Day 10: Check-out and Departure
Check-out preparations and transfer to the airport.
