The emphasis is thus placed on the mathematical renaissance (with the figures of Muzio Oddi, Bernardino Baldi, Federico Comandino and Guidobaldo del Monte) and you will experience firsthand what spillover effects the excellence achieved in the art of stucco by Federico Brandani had.

At Palace, which in this golden age of the Ducato reached its splendor and overall facility, it will be a pleasure to be able to meet today (as then?) those extraordinary intellectual figures through installations dedicated to them.

Careful and punctual conservation restoration has made it possible to enhance all the original decorative apparatus; the refined and austere rooms of yesteryear are now back to shine in a contemporary key. Respect for the territory is the main principle which inspired the decision to apply organic architecture and to use natural materials and to adopt environmentally friendly systems for energy production.

Within the estate you can still see the ruins of several tower-houses, among them Ca’ Lombaia, Ca’ Lanciamolino or Ca’ Rosello, symbols of the process of land divisions into farms in the Middle Ages, when the city tower was transferred outside the walls to protect crops and fields, a silent witness of the peasants’ pride to which homage is paid in the Estate logo.

The Resort, offers rooms and apartment suites, located in 6 ancient rural buildings inspired to a style that tells, in a unique way for each of them, the nature that surrounds them, through a careful selection of furniture and decorations.

The farm boasts a varied agricultural production of wine, oil and honey from organic crops, in full respect of the territory we live and work in. Our agricultural practices promote the strengths of the local community and do not pursue the excessive exploitation of natural resources in order to protect the soil fertility, by banning the use of synthetic chemicals to favour the use of organic material.

Our Estate is an Official Municipal Venue

We believe that a wedding day should be experienced in a single setting, without interruptions or bureaucratic steps that break the magic. This is why we are proud to offer a rare privilege: our Estate is recognized as a ‘Casa Comunale’ Venue, and it is possible to celebrate the official civil ceremony here with full legal validity.

This means that your “I do” can be declared and signed directly at the Estate, without having to go to the Town Hall first, with the same validity as a marriage celebrated in the Municipality.

What does ‘Casa Comunale’ mean?

By ‘Casa Comunale’ (Town Hall), we mean any place made available by the Municipality for institutional functions, including the celebration of civil weddings by the Civil Registrar. This includes not only the municipal building itself but also other spaces recognised and authorised by the Municipality: which is precisely the case for our Estate.

Being a ‘Casa Comunale’ Wedding Venue means we can host the celebration of your official civil ceremony, uniting the beauty of the ceremony, its legal value, and the emotion of the celebration in a single location.

The villa can accommodate up to 17 people and is composed of four distinct rooms: the main Farmhouse (170 m²), a Depandance (45 m²), an equipped Tavern (45 m²) and a Private Spa (40 m²), for a total of about 300 m².

The Country House was born from the renovation of a cottage from the early 1900s, immersed in the rolling hills of the Marches. Every corner of the structure has been designed to offer our guests an authentic experience of relaxation and well-being.

Away from the noise, in the open countryside, the centuries-old farmhouse is located in a town called the “Balcone delle Marche” for its view of all the rolling hills of the Marche region.

We offer a typical local cuisine with products from the certified organic farm. We are in the heart of the Marche region, in a strategic area to move and take advantage of the great proposals of tourist interest that surround us.

Is a historic residence that offers suites and apartments, where history and modern comfort come together. Located in the central Piazza della Libertà, it represents a Renaissance jewel that invites visitors to live an authentic experience in the heart of Sarnano.

Since 1473, the building has crossed the centuries, guarding precious memories and extraordinary transformations. Born as a barracks and then as a resting place for horses, the Palace changed its face in the early nineteenth century, when the noble Forti family made it their residence. Every corner of the structure tells stories of distant times: its frescoed walls, ceilings with exposed beams, terracotta floors and velvet furnishings are living testimonies of a time when the Palace was the center of illustrious meetings and epic events.
