Offida

The land of smile

A true precious jewel enclosed between powerful city walls: the village of Offida, which stands on a rocky spur cut out by the two branches of the Lama stream. Its past is still very present in the architecture of the village, especially in the mediaeval walls with towers: of the fortress, on the other hand, a stretch of wall and two cylindrical towers remain, traces of an ancient history.
